"Loved by many"
All messages to the Scott family can be sent to C/- PO Box 218, Stratford 4352. In preference to flowers, donations to Stratford Scrappers would be appreciated and may be left at the service or direct to A/C no 153947 0565198 000 ref Scotty. Family and friends are invited to attend a service for Scotty at the South Taranaki Club Inc, 43 Caledonia Street, Hawera, on Friday 28th February at 11.00am, followed by interment at the Hawera Cemetery.

Sending messages of sympathy to Scotty's family. Brian knew him in the 1970's in Eltham & we visited the family on Eltham Road in the early 1980's. "He was a good farmer & loved his cows"

RIP Scotty, condolences to the family. Scotty was a happy and cheerful member of the South Taranaki cue sports club. He will be greatly missed.

Scotty and I grew up as kids, Avon School etc, been there, done that. We we're in STHS together, so it's another one of our class gone. Last time I saw John was not too long ago, when he told me he was on the way out. I told him I'm not going to his funeral...I'll say goodbye while he was alive, which I did at his home in Hawera. I have lots of fond memories of John throughout the years, one of which was watching him racing at the Stratford Stockcar track.
He had a great sense of humour with a dry wit.
