Peacefully at Jean Sandel Rest Home on Thursday, 3 October 2024, aged 85. Dearly loved husband of Betty. Cherished Dad of Vivienne, Peter, and Rhonda. Father-in-law of Graham and Rebecca. Loved Poppa of Geoff, Andrew, Connor, Maclaine, Charley, Gracie, and Fletcher. Messages to the Stuart Family may be left on John's tribute page at eagars.co.nz/john. I remember John as a good and reliable engineer. We occasionally disagreed about something but that was never a problem. He had a good sense of humour to go with it. A good man.
