John WILKIE Obituary

WILKIE, John Sutherland. - Peacefully, after a long and courageous battle, at Chalmers Rest Home, New Plymouth on Thursday 8 August, 2013. Aged 83 years. Very much loved husband of Pam. Loved and respected father of Alex and Janine, Peter, and Rodney; loved stepfather of Carolynn and Derek, Raymond and Chrissie, David and Mary, Julie and Alf. Much loved and treasured by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Taranaki Cancer Society may be left at the service. Messages c/- Vospers Funeral Home, 257 Devon Street East, New Plymouth.
Family and friends are invited to attend the service to celebrate John's life at St Luke's Co-operating Church, Mangati Road, Bell Block, on Tuesday 13 August at 1.30pm. Followed by interment at St Luke's Cemetery, Murray Street, Bell Block.
