Dear Denis and family
I heard today of Judy's passing. I well remember Judy from Stratford High School, and starting out together in our teaching career at Eltham Primary all those years ago. Many years later we met at SHS Centennial, and kept in touch until somehow we lost vontact. Please accept my very sincere condolences.

Judy was an amazing dressmaker and must have sewn many, many beautiful wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses too, not to forget all the other items she made for others. Judy lent us many items when we began our family, including a pram, bassinet and baby bouncer, She was a very generous person. There were lively barbecues with the Watson neighbours and I remember many nights at the Fowlers [Wayne and Cindy were there too some nights] ,listening to musicians like Neil Sedka and others of the day. The Fowlers had a wide music library, unscratched as our were. Similarly we recommended books to each other and swapped titles. I remember Denis to have a very broad knowledge of both. There was always a delicious supper, of course, made by Judy. I can't say anything about the dreadful card nights for which Judy would have catered with out complaint, unlike myself. Sympathy to you all. She will be missed in so many arenas by so many people.
