Adrianne (Adrianne):
Of Royal Oak, Auckland, and in her later years New Plymouth. After a long battle Adrianne passed on 16th April 2017, at the age of 76. Forever in our hearts, your journey was harder than most. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Geoff and Diane Holtom (New Plymouth), Bryce Holtom (deceased) and Bev Hobman (Waihi). Loved Nannie of Angela, Andrew, Paige, Ryan, Joshua, Benjamin and Samuel. Many thanks to the devoted staff of Chalmers Rest Home in New Plymouth during the past 2 years. A service will be held for Adrianne at North Shore Memorial Park Crematorium Chapel, 235 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, Auckland, on Saturday 22nd April at 2.30pm. All messages to email [email protected] or to PO Box 911272, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142. In lieu of flowers and in the name of Adrianne, donations to the Neurological Foundation, PO Box 110022, Auckland Hospital, 1148 would be appreciated.
