I had the pleasure of having a lot to do with Ken at New Plymouth Old Boys AFC. Ken was a much valued club mate who was so loyal to his fellow club members and willingly did so many behind the scenes tasks. Ken enjoyed a pint and a chat post match in the clubrooms and was an absolute gentleman. Rest in peace Mudguard.

Ken was a lifelong friend through Speedway and as a travel companion on our big OE to the UK in 1970.
In our trusty Mk 1Cortina S/W we explored England Wales and Scotland, working and following Speedway, Motor Racing and Kens love of cricket and his beloved Leeds United FC.
along with many sampling of English Ales!
Fun times, unforgettable memories with a top bloke.
