Lennea Tull Obituary

Tull, Lennea Kay, passed surrounded by loved ones, Friday, October 3, 2025. Beloved wife for 61 years of Kurt Tull; devoted mother of Douglas M. Tull and Lesley K. (Keith) Wunderlich; cherished grandmother of Paige (Andrew) Lundell Kniepmann; dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Kay will always be known as her husband’s Swedish beauty. She was an original founder of the Assistance League of St. Louis. Kay was a faithful member of Bonhomme Presbyterian Church where she served as deacon. She enjoyed traveling abroad and loved the United States of America. Kay enjoyed the time she spent with her granddaughter teaching her to read. For several years Kay participated in Santa Lucia hosted by the Swedish Society of St. Louis and was proud to have her granddaughter chosen as Lucia. She loved trees from the time she was a child and would speak about their beauty often. Kay was loved and will be missed by all that knew her.

Services:  Memorial visitation at Bonhomme Presbyterian Church, 14820 Conway Road, Chesterfield, Friday, October 10, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Assistance League of St. Louis or Bonhomme Presbyterian Church

As a service of the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, friends may sign the family’s on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.

Kay was the first person to greet me when I joined Assistance League in 2016. She was so kind and helped me to adjust to my personal situation and how I might fit in. I will always remember her as one of the kindest people in my orbit.
