Aged 90. At Ranfurly Resthome, Feilding, late of Armagh Terrace and Tutaenui Road, Marton. Beloved husband of Joan for 64 years and beloved Dad of Donna and Terry Kelly, Brian and Brenda, Colin and the late Lyn, Adele and Mike Fennell. Adored grandad of 5 and great-grandad of 4. Service on Tuesday, 7 January 2025, at 11.00am at the Lutheran Church, Pukepapa Road, Marton. Those unable to make it can watch live on Les' tribute page at www.beauchamp.co.nz/tributes

Uncle Les was a hard working farm gentleman of the Rangitikei. His Father-in-Law (my Grandad) had a huge respect for the man that married his oldest daughter. Les & Joan taught me many things when I was young; those teachings have kept me in good stead ever since as they have for their children. At this time I offer my thanks that I knew this "totara" and I also know his seedlings. He shall rest in peace as he has earned his time with his maker.
