Peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital on Monday, 12 January 2026, aged 85. Dearly loved husband of the late Eileen. Cherished father and father-in-law of Graeme & Lyuba, Paul (dec), Tia, and Bryan & Kamala. Loved Grandpop of Paula, Sean, Dean, Dima, Calin, Maryam, Esmiralda, and great-Grandpop to his great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate Les's life will be held at Taranaki crematorium, 639 Junction Road, New Plymouth, on Saturday 17 January 2026 at 1.00pm. Refreshments will be available at the New Plymouth Sportfishing and Underwater Club on Oceanview Parade from 3.00pm. In preference to flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice Taranaki.
