Dear Aunty Doreen and cousins, thinking of you all in your sadness and pray the Lord will strengthen and comfort you. I remember my farm trips and such fun with Darryl and evading the brothers hiding in the haybarn, eating lemons, hearing Uncle Lewis sing the Laughing Policeman, seeing him come in from the milking, sitting in his chair, calling out to Dennie, and the day the Bull did the terrible thing in the paddock and we were all very upset. Thanks for all the happy Dairy Farm experiences. Much love to all, Joce & Jim McDowall Muriwai Auckland

To all the Grindlay Family,
Sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Lewis who taught me how to drive a Ferguson tractor at age nine on the farm and to play the acoustic guitar with his 'laughing policeman' rendition among other things.
Thinking of you all at this time.
