Louise SMITH Obituary

On 7 February 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, aged 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Tony; much loved mother of Dave, Sherry, Kathy, Helen and Daniel. Cherished Gran of Charlie, Meg and Millie; Connor, Jasper and Ryder; Finn, Sunny and Lennox; Louis and Tom. Proud Great-Gran of Heidi, Callie and Oliver. Loved sister and friend to many. A special thank you to the amazing team at Kahukura. Louise's farewell will be held at home, 41 Oxford Street, Martinborough, (tomorrow) Tuesday 10 February 2026 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.

" Taranaki Irish Social Club extends their condolences to Louise's family with her sad passing. Also our thoughts are with the extended Smith family and Mary Hargreaves of Eltham and Anne Smith of Auckland.

Husband Tony Smith, who passed in Jan 2021, was a committee member of the club from 1971 to 1978 and then they moved south to Stirling in South Otago.
