Malcolm AUSTIN Obituary

Gay and family would like to thank family and friends for their support and the flowers, cards, baking, calls, messages etc during the loss of Malcolm. Special thanks to Janine, Scott and Kirsty from Simple Cremation and Burials for all their help in getting Malcolm home from Auckland, and the care and lovely service. We would also like to thank the staff at TBH and Middlemore Hospital.
