Kind word.
Her gift of music to so many occasions at St Joseph's Catholic
Church. So appreciated. Deeply missed.
My daughter Kalesi had the opportunity of group violin lessons at Devon Intermediate hugely subsidized. Margaret so positive and encouraging.

Margaret you are gone, but memories and tales of the Hurley's around the Vivian St table will live on forever. You are part of that precious legacy that all your neices and nephews, and their children will pass on. You always provided us with a welcome and warmth, news and forthright opinions on all the happenings in the world. My memories of you Margaret, playing the piano and the organ and your sheer delight at new additions to the family (including the animals) will never fade.
Resting in peace may not be for you..I can hear you tinkling those ivories in heaven already.
Much love xx

Dear Aunty Margaret it's so sad that you have left us. You will be welcomed with open arms in heaven.
As a child it was one of my fondest memories coming to see you. You always made sure we were feed, with biscuits and lollies , even though dad said no....You were always very kind, loving and always took an interest in what we we were doing at the time which made use feel very special and loved.
Thank you for all the love you gave to not just to me but all of the Hurley family. Such a fantastic woman will be dearly missed.
Love you lots James

My mother and father (Norma and Gray Bell) had a very close friendship with Margaret, growing out of a love of and participating in the NP Operatic Society. Margaret was a regular visitor at our house and added a vibrant and comical presence to our lives. She was larger than life! A sincere and generous person, Margaret was ready to give anything she could to help those around her. My latest and most vivid memory of her was during the trauma of losing our sister to cancer ... Margaret was a strong, constant, and compassionate figure, guiding us through the fear and unknown waters of losing one your love so dearly. I am forever grateful to her. RIP you wonderful woman.
