Beloved Partner and soulmate of Nicola Shotter, Father of Alexandra Rose Rowlands, Bree Steer, Nevaeh and Crystal Millar and Grandfather of Maggie June Rowlands. Much loved Step-father of Cory Joe Shotter and beloved brother to Michelle, Glen and Ross. Family and close friends are invited to a Closed and Private Funeral Service.
