Our thoughts are with you Beryl and family. There have been a number of years of contact with Neville through our involvement with the.Fire Service and the now distant memories of Mangatoki school and district.

Sorry to hear of Neviles passing. He was a good friend of dads (Stan Douglas) often worked together and I remember him well and being at his Eltham home with Beryl and family. Later he used to give me a smart crack at fire brigade functions as my husband George was a member of Stratford brigade. Fond memories our thoughts are with you all.

Nevile was with our team at the Eltham Fire Brigade from 1968 to 1991 and was a well-respected Life Honorary Member. We all remember him as a great teacher and real kindhearted soul. People like Nev are really hard to find and we were privileged to have him as part our team, our deepest sympathies to Beryl and the family from the whole brigade.

RIP Nev...all those years in Eltham working together on new houses, always cheerful and happy to hand some knowledge on to the younger fellas...you were a real gentleman...my condolences to all the families 'Moose'
