Noel BRISCOE Obituary
Peacefully on Thursday, 18 August 2016, at home surrounded by family. Aged 85 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Margaret, and loved dad of Pam and Eddie Page, Kay and Joe Cooper, Leonie and Bones Campbell. Adored Poppa of Cory, Haley, Jayme, Samuel; Jay; Fraser, Alana, Mitch and their partners. Fun loving Poppa Ice Cream to his 12 great-grandchildren. Loved special uncle of Leonie.
Loved forever and never forgotten.
In preference to flowers donations to the Taranaki Rescue Helicopter would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A celebration of Noel's life will be held at the Sandfords Event Centre, Tasman Street, Opunake on Monday, 22 August 2016, at 10:30am. Thereafter a private cremation will be held.

Noel was a wonderful friend to me and all the staff of Opunake Butchery. I have so many great memories of our trips together to pick up pigs and sheep. The cream sponges that he would bring for morning tea and claim he had made them, we all knew it was Margaret. Condolences to all his loved ones. He was one of a kind and a true gentleman. Many memories of Noel as I grew up. Always quick witted,happy and ready with a joke. Can still see him in his Morris minor and car trailer!
