Nola CORBETT Obituary

CORBETT, Nola Ethel:
Passed peacefully, with family at her side, on Sunday 21st February 2021, aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Desmond. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Mike and Beryl (Oakura), Peter and Sue (Wellington), Jim and Sue and the late Raewyn (Thames), Ross and Wendy (Hastings), Niall (Waitara), Mary and David Hamilton (Auckland), and Jan and Bill Hughes (Tokomaru Bay). Cherished friend of Lynn Davies. Loved and cherished Nana and great-nana of her 20 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. A celebration of Nola's life will be held in the Hempton Hall, corner of Cathew Street and Old South Road, Okato, on Wednesday 24th February 2021 at 11.00am, followed by the interment at Okato Cemetery.

Our thoughts and love are with our corbett whanau. I remember Aunty Nola at Kims wedding dancing with all the young ones and Uncle Des trying to drag her off the dance floor.
