FOWLIE, Norma Valerie
(nee Mitchell):
Passed away peacefully after a short illness at Annie Brydon Lifecare Hawera on Tuesday 31st July 2018, in her 92nd year. Loved wife of the late Walter Fowlie (O.N.Z.M.). Dearly loved mother of Graeme and Judy (Te Kuiti), Neil and Laura (Patea), Heather and Terry Nelley (Hurleyville). Loved grandmother of Dallas and Michele, Leroy and Nicola, Simon and Kim; Kym and Ken, Merrin and Mitch, Chris and Angalica, and Colin. Cherished great-grandmother of her 14 great-grandchildren. Loved sister of Margarete Bacon (Hawera), and the late Beryl Black (Christchurch). Loved sister-in-law of Ian and Mary Fowlie (Hawera), and the late James Fowlie. Many thanks to Annie Brydon Lifecare for the wonderful care of our mum. A funeral service to celebrate Norma's life will be held on Monday 6th August 2018 at St Joseph's Catholic Church Hawera, at 11.30am, after which her funeral will move to the Manutahi Cemetery to lay Norma to rest with Walter at 2.30pm.
