In troubled times when I needed someone
I knew to call on you
My sister and best friend
Trusted and Loyal too
Someone loved so very much
And relied on in so many ways
The person who shared my laughter
As we recall happy days
The sister who grew up with me
Who knows me inside and out
The ne who I wish would of been their to the end
Of that I have little doubt
I give thanks for all you given me
Each day my whole life through.

I shall put this poem on your graveside tomorrow Pam 30/5/2115

April 26, 2015

Such a tragic loss, my thoughts are with you all. Pam you were one of the most generous and hardworking women I have ever met. You brought my mum (Dawn) much laughter and the greatest gift of all true friendship and love. I know mum will deeply miss your 5pm chats together, impossible not to get an engaged signal on mum's phone at that time of the day. Much love Liza Fisher.

SMITH, Pamela Mary:
Our precious sister who we loved and admired so dearly, Pam was a gift to us all.
A sister always ready to provide a shoulder for comfort. Our sister, our best friend, who's sisterly love we could always depend.
You went out of your way to do things for us, to cheer us up, and pray for us when we were hurting so badly.
Our sister Pam, we need you to know that you being in our life meant, so very much to us.
We see love and a beautiful light,
God wants you to see what we see tonight.
Since you'll never be forgotten, we pledge to you today.
A place in our hearts is where you'll always stay.
So very sad to say goodbye. We will love you forever.
Our chain has been broken along with our hearts.
~Your sisters Yvonne Wooller, Colleen Strachon, Dale Goldfinch and Barbara MacDonald.

SMITH, Pamela Mary (Pam):
A MOTHERS Love
by: Helen Steiner Rice

A Mother's love is something
that no one can explain,
It is made of deep devotion
and of sacrifice and pain,
It is endless and unselfish
and enduring come what may
For nothing can destroy it
or take that love away . . .
It is patient and forgiving
when all others are forsaking,
And it never fails or falters even
though the heart is breaking . .
It believes beyond
believing when the world around condemns,
And it glows with all the beauty
of the rarest, brightest gems . .
It is far beyond defining,
it defies all explanation,
And it still remains a secret
like the mysteries of creation . .
A many splendored miracle
man cannot understand
And another wondrous evidence of God's
tender guiding hand.
Loved forever Donna, Pauline and David
