Passed away peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital surrounded by her loving whanau, on Friday 27th May 2022, in her 99th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Edward Malcolm. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Royce, Maureen and Tama Tamou (deceased), Selwyn (deceased) and Queenie, Gary and Marlene, Karen, (deceased), Robyn and Rohan Marino (deceased), Suzie and John Kahupukoro, Tania, and Thomas Kira. Much loved and adored nana and aunty to all her mokopuna, nieces and nephews. Adored aunty to Ricky and Karen.

A service will be held for Patricia at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 38 Victoria St, Hawera, at 11.00am, on Tuesday 31st May 2022, after which the funeral will move to the Hawera Cemetery.

Dearest Malcolm Family
I will always remember Auntie Pat's beautiful smile and gentle nature. A kind and playful Aunt who had time for us kids. I loved the road trips to visit aunties, uncles and cousins. Lovely memories. My thoughts are with the Malcolm family.

My heartfelt sympathy to you all. Pat was a beautiful lady and like her siblings had a great sense of family and humour. I will think of her partying with everyone in heaven. 98 years is a milestone to be in awe of.

To our Aunty Pat, Our dad travelled from Te Puke to Taranaki in his early 20s with his mates Wynn & Beau Malcolm on the back of their motorbikes. You took him in like your own & he has never forgotten your love & kindnes and has always spoken highly of you. When he was told of your passing, alittle bit of his heart was lost.
