Patrick MCCARTY Obituary
Patrick Michael (Paddy):
Passed suddenly, but peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital, on Monday, December 31, 2018, aged 73 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Roanna, and Bronwyn and Keir, and grandfather of Jake and Kaitlyn. Loved brother of Jim (dec) and Ngaire, and Maureen and Peter Nielsen. Loved uncle to his nephew and nieces. A service for Paddy will be held at The Chapel of W. Abraham, 366 Devon Street East, New Plymouth on Friday, January 4, 2019, at 10.30am, followed by interment at Te Henui Cemetery.

Arohanui ki te whnau panui. Love to Paddy's family from the children of his good mate Len Renau who passed last year. I'm sure they are both now sharing a beer and having a laugh about the old days around the coast.

So sorry to hear the passing of Paddy.

Paddy was a real character and will be missed around the club. Our thoughts go out to his family. Members are urged to attend his funeral at The Chapel of W.
