(nee O'Sullivan):
Peacefully on 27 October 2016 aged 69 at The Horowhenua Health Centre, Levin. Loved wife of Grant, loved mother of Andrew and Suzie (Auckland), Jason and Cathy (Brisbane), Matthew and Freeda (Perth) and Dion (Levin). Loved Nana of Gareth, Brandon, Kacie, Emma, Rickal and Aiden. Loved sister of Denise and the late Graham Kuhtz. Loved aunty of Reagan and Diana. A service to celebrate the life of Pauline will be held at Thompson House, Kent St, Levin on Monday, October 31 at 2pm followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Levin Cancer Society, 112 Winchester St, Levin would be appreciated.
