Died peacefully at Te Rangimarie hospice after a courageous 31/2 year battle. Beloved husband of Karen, dearly loved father of Reece and Sarah Burton, Jeremy and Gill Burton, Hannah Burton and Douglas Herd and dearly loved step-father of Nicholas Milne and Hilary Milne Robertson. Grandad of Oscar and Liam Burton, Fergus and Finlay Burton, and Brodie Herd.
Adored his family
above all else.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Rangimarie hospice would be appreciated by Peter's family. A service will be held at home for family and close friends on Wednesday, 29th December, at 10am, thereafter to the Mangapouri Cemetery. Please note that a vaccination pass will be required to attend this service.
