Peter DOBSON Obituary

Peter's time with us at Tainui Rest Home may have been short, but he made a lasting impression on everyone around him. I will miss your morning check-ins after buying the NZ Herald ("a real newspaper") and how you would share a bit of your "sneaky" chocolate bar with me. Rest in peace, Peter, from all of us at Tainui Rest Home.

Dobbie was a special friend of my parents ( Charlie and Isabel Sparkes ) I have many memories of him visiting our home frequently, chatting over a cup of tea.
In later years as we passed through the airport frequently he always seemed to be there and was always nice to catch up with him.
