Dear Cousin Phil, You had a special place in my heart and will be missed by us all. I won´t forget your creative energy, musical talent and laughs we had in hospital playing your "Elephunk in My Soup" video loudly on my phone and reminiscing about better times. You seldom complained and had such a positive attitude.
We are eternally grateful to Colleen Carter for doing an incredible job of looking after you, at home right till the end.
