JACKSON, Phyllis Mona:
Passed away peacefully at Chalmers Rest Home on Friday 16th March 2018. Dearly loved Wife of the late Tom. Adored mum and mother-in-law of Michael, and Peter and Judith. Loved Nana Jackson of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. All messages to the 'Family of Phyllis Jackson, can be sent C/- PO Box 4016 New Plymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Taranaki would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A service for Phyl will be held in The Chapel Of W. Abraham, 366 Devon St East New Plymouth, on Tuesday, 20th March 2018 at 10:30am. Followed by a private committal service.
