WELLS, Rachel Isabel:
4.1.1934 - 16.8.2017
On Wednesday, August 16, 2017, Mum passed away peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital after a short illness. Mum lived life for a wonderful 83 years. Dearly loved wife of Cobber (deceased), much loved mother and mother-in-law of Tony and Allison, Tracy and Bryce Telfer, Sandra and Rob. Treasured Nana of Adam, Cameron, Jaime-Lee, and Brooke. Adored Nana Rae to Alizae, Javarn, and Zylan. We would like to make special mention to the staff and residents at Chalmers Rest Home, our mum has really enjoyed her last 18 months making new friends at Chalmers. Another special mention to the wonderful caring staff at Taranaki Base Hospital for caring for us and our mum during this difficult time. All communications to 79 Buller Street, New Plymouth, 4312. As per Mum's wishes, a private family service will be held.

Sandra, your Mum stayed to get those few extra hugs to take with her to share with your Dad. Now they can watch over you together, to smile with your happy moments and embrace each other to give you strength in your sad moments. All my love Sandra to all your family.
