My condolences to the family. I have fond memories of Ray. Beers with my Uncle Roger Governor at the back pub Normandy. He would always hit me up for some Lion Red Merchandise when I was a Lion rep. That laugh and smile, memorable.

Our deepest sympathy to Jo and all Ray's whanau, May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of wonderful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Sorry we are unable to be there.

Saddened to learn of Ray's passing. A Normanby stalwart who worked hard and played hard. Ray was a talented sportsman and a generous friend. He enjoyed good company and was a friend to many. Sincere condolences to his friends and family. RIP Ray.
