Rex ANSLEY Obituary


Passed away peacefully on Monday 6th January 2025 at Te Mahana Rest Home with family at his side, aged 97 years. Loving husband of Iris for 73 years. Devoted Dad of Suzanne Stannard, Noel and Julie, Robin and Ann, Trevor, and Maree and Grant Weir. Cherished grandad of his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate the life of Rex will be held in St Georges Anglican Church, corner of Egmont and Rutland St, Patea,
on Monday 13th January at 12.00noon, followed by private cremation. The family would particularly like to thank the management and staff of Te Mahana Rest Home in Patea for their devoted care of Rex. All communications addressed to the family of Rex Ansley, C/- PO Box 183, Hawera 4640.
