On Sunday, 19 April 2026. Loved husband of Barbara. Devoted father of Lana (dec). A service to celebrate Rex's life will be held at Vospers Chapel, 257 Devon Street East, New Plymouth on Thursday 23 April 2026 at 10.30am. For those unable to attend, Rex's service will be live streamed via his tribute page.

Rex Hawker was a long serving member of our club. Team Manager, Administrator, Sponsor and ardent supporter. 100 club member number 29 has been retired. Condolences to Barb and family from all at United Rugby & Sports .
