On March 13, 2019, unexpectedly at home in Stokes Valley, aged 68 years. Son of the late Sam and Katie Arthur. Loved brother of Jean and the late Sandy Stinson, uncle of Maureen, Judith, and Brian and families, and brother of Margaret Price. A service has been held at Lower Hutt.

My condolences to RIchard's family. He was my first supervisor out of uni at ICI. Great guy and I have very fond memories of him. So sorry to hear of his passing.
