Peacefully at Auckland Hospital, on Monday 30 March 2026, aged 73. Loved partner of the late Rosie. Cherished father and father-in-law of Luke, Chloe & Adam, and Phoebe. Loved Grandfather of his 6 grandchildren. Loved brother of his 4 siblings. Cherished friend of many. Messages to the Robson Family may be left on Richard's tribute page at eagars.co.nz/richard. A service to celebrate Richard's life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 46 Watson Street, New Plymouth, on Thursday 9 April 2026 at 10.30am. For those unable to attend, Richard's funeral will be livestreamed via his tribute page.

Sad time to lose Dad's youngest brother. Even though he was my uncle he always seemed young to me. Gone far too soon when he was out and about enjoying life. Reunited with Rosie. Rest in Peace till we meet again. Thinking of all the family.
