Dear Tucker Family,
Sorry to hear of Robs passing I knew him as a young fellow photographer over fifty years ago as he and Jim did the rounds of the local dances and performances. I had contact with him a few years ago and we had a good catch up via the internet. I will always remember him as a happy fellow.

Bonnie, it was April 2000 when you and Rob came to stay with us at Te Popo and thence started a friendship and a contribution to tourism in Taranaki completely enhanced by Rob´s magnificent photos. He made our place come alive from the promo shot with his Dad leaning on the car, to the many occasions capturing the essence of the place, and not forgetting the girl in the bath. These are part of the treasured memories we have of this wonderful man and we hope you are comforted by all of the treasured memories held by so many. Much love, Bruce & Lorri

To dearest Bonnie, sending all of my love and hugs. Rob you were simply amazing and have left behind a wonderful kaleidoscope of memories from chasing feral horses down 90 mile beach, to riding in a helicopter flying after a mare and foal through the wildest areas of the South Island through to a hundred different hunting scenes in The Thrill of the Chase
What an amazing life of constant adventures you lived combined with the most wonderful love story with Bonnie. Meeting you both has been fantastic. Sending big hugs to Bonnie and family. Sarah Milne xxxx

I had the pleasure of engaging Rob as a photographer in a previous corporate role, and as a result became fond friends. He was so easy to work with, always a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. He was passionate about his craft and produced amazing images. We too remember him every year as we celebrate our wedding anniversary, as Rob went from shooting an Air NZ NPC rugby game one Saturday night to photographing our wedding the following afternoon! He fought a brave battle and he's now at peace. Sincere condolences to all the family and friends. RIP dear Rob.
