So sorry to read of Roger´s passing - he certainly was a character who brought his humour, kindness and generosity to everything he did. Wish I´d been able to make it to Lottin Point - I´m sure he would´ve been a wonderful host

So very sorry to learn of Roger's passing. It sounded like he had found a special place at lottin point. We miss his chats over the fence and rich laughter. He took great care of Lawrie and Joy in their later years. Neighbours for over 30 years

We are all very sad to hear of Roger´s passing. We enjoyed our time with him when he visited his lovely parents and our close neighbours.

Extremely sad to hear of Roger´s passing! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Lottin Point Motel, Hicks Bay in April this year, where Roger made us so welcome. What a bloke - intelligent, eccentric, many stories to tell of his travels and with such a warm heart. Our sincere condolences to his family.

Bruce so sorry to hear of Roger´s passing . We loved his company when we lived at Hamblyn Street. So sorry we can´t be there today .
