Ronald REVELL Obituary

Revell, Ronald Keith (Basher). - Peacefully went to sleep on 24/5/14, surrounded by his loving family. Loved eldest son of the late William and Esther Revell. Beloved husband of his adored Kathleen (Sandy), (died 1992). Super cool father, mentor and banker to Tracey (Auckland), Kelly and Edward Hura, Vickie and Stewart Rolls, Jenny, Shane and Pam (all of New Plymouth).
Awesome granddad to Damion, Kimberley, Joshua and Olivia, Shane, Cameron, Jessica and Dina, Germaine, Sandie and Jamie. Tolerant patient Pop to Chance, Janae and Pania.
This is not a goodbye, it's a see you later.
Dad will be at Kelly's residence, 41 Glenpark Avenue, until his service at the Taranaki Cathedral Church of St. Mary, Vivian Street, New Plymouth on Tuesday 27 May at 12:30pm, followed by him being laid to rest with Kathleen at Awanui Cemetery.

So sad to learn today of the passing of "The Coach" today. Many great memories of our rugby days at the Star Rugby Club in the 60's. We will miss calling in to have a drink with you Basher on our trips back to New Plymouth. You were a legend in our eyes and I thank you for the memorable times.
