Hello Tracey, Lianne and Lisa
We share with you very happy memories of your dear father. It was cycling with Ron and Lois's time at Puke Ariki which brought us together. They were times most enjoyable. Ron was always a gentle thoughtful man who enjoyed the fun of outdoor challenges. Together Ron and Lois were so full of energy and vitality. We send you and your families our love at this very sad time.

Tracy, Lisa & Leanne,
Sorry to hear if Ron's passing. Thinking of you and your Families, we never saw a lot of each other over the years, but was so good to meet you all at your parents Anniversay - so many years ago. I have many memories of Ron
when your parents started farming. Now your parents will be together and a Team once again.
Love Sheryle

Okato Veterinary Clinic
March 1, 2022
On behalf of past and present veterinarians and staff of the Okato Veterinary Clinic I convey our condolences to the Scott family. Ron was not only a good friend and client, he also served on the Okato Veterinary Club committee for many years. Much of that time was as Chairman alongside his good friend and neighbour Malcolm Grayling, who was Secretary.
The Okato Veterinary Club was established to provide veterinary services for the local farmers. In the early 1970´s the club ceased to be an employer of veterinary staff and continued as landlords for the new private practice established by Derek McLennan. The Club committee also served as a link between the Vet Clinic and farmer clients.
We all appreciated and respected Ron for the work he did. Congenial, loyal, intelligent, conscientious and pragmatic are words to describe him.
You can be very proud of a loving husband, father and grandfather who gave so much to the community, was an all round good guy and friend to all who were lucky enough to know him.
Sincerely
Dave Lilley
