Rosemary WHITTAKER Obituary

WHITTAKER, Rosemary Lucy (nee Brunton). - Passed away peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital on Thursday 22 May 2014, aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Colin. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Lynaire and Geoff Owst, Rosemary and Doug Hipkins, Anne and Charlie Marshall, Graeme and Sue, Jeff and Margaret, and Hugh and Toshie. Treasured sister of the late Win Jones and aunty of Maurice and Gloria, and Sharon and Bruce. Loved Grandma of her 18 grandchildren and Great Gran of her 11 great grandchildren. In preference to flowers donations to the Bible Society would be appreciated and may be left at the church. All messages to the Whittaker Family c/- PO Box 75, Stratford 4352. Heartfelt thanks to the staff and chaplain of Tainui Rest Home for their love and care of Rosemary over the last eight months.
A service to celebrate Rosemary's life will be held at New Plymouth Central Baptist Church, Liardet Street, New Plymouth on Saturday 24 May 2014 at 10:30am. Thereafter to her interment at Waireka Cemetery.
