Passed away peacefully at Taranaki Hospice surrounded by his family. Devoted husband for 57 years of Jill. Loved father of Barry and Joanna, David and Megs, Peter and Karen. Friend of Mary. Adored Dambad of Chris and Caylee, and Adam; Holly, Tayla and Josh; Jake and Madison.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Taranaki Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Russell will be at home, 5046 SH3 Awakino until his service which is to be held at the Mokau Hall on Wednesday 2 September 2015 at 1.00pm, followed by private burial.

To Jill and family. So sorry we couldn't make the service to celebrate Russell's life. Our thoughts are with you all and we know you will have shared many happy times which will help you through the times ahead. David always enjoyed his visits when he was with Newton Kings and we know Paddy also enjoyed his time spent with you both. Take care and we will catch up.
