I was so lucky to spend my first week at Cruise Republic learning from Sam as she knew her job so well and she was so lovely and friendly. She was always happy to help you and share her knowledge. She was such a bubbly person and had such a great laugh! My heart goes out to all her family and friends and she will be greatly missed xx

Sam was my first friend at Cruise Republic and helped me find my feet as a nervous 21 year old starting a new career in the cruise industry. Sam was always patient, reassuring and kind which is how I will always remember her. Sam's journey has reminded me to always make the most of life. Rest in peace Sam always in our hearts xxx

Little Sammy.
Finding it hard to believe we will not be seeing her smiling face walk through the door again. Have so many great memories in Auckland from getting our butts kicked at boot camp at 6.30am to sitting in puddles, and of course all her amazing Cruise knowledge.
Sam you will be missed by so many, such a beautiful person who was taken way too early but will never be forgotten.
My thoughts are with Sean and the family today and always xx
Lots a hugs Jo xx

I am very saddened to learn of the passing of Sam. I still remember when Sam came to China and we had lunch together. We exchanged gifts to each other at the time of Sam leaving for New Zealand. We kept in touch with each other by skype, email and WeChat. Sam was positive and talkative, we became friends soon. I tried to introduce China culture to Sam and Sam was very interested in this.
I can not believe that dearest Sam, such a beautiful person inside and out, had left us forever,up to now! We Chinese deem that people will go to another world after death. Sam must have been there, a happy and peaceful world. I will think about you, as well as your friends in China.
Rest in peace Sam.
