Shirley will be remembered and missed especially for her amazing gardening knowledge and special skills. She could create a beautiful garden from an empty or neglected section.

Shirley and my mum - Barbara Bedford - were Stratford friends and I remember admiring the hand painted Christmas cards Shirley would give to mum.

Dearest Shirley, some years back I went to your " funeral " as it turned out it was your sister-in-law, a big relief when I found out you were well and truly alive, promised that I would come to your funeral when your is up, you were a fantastic gardner and created beautiful garden for many visitors to enjoy RIP Shirley, our condolences to the family

Fond memories of Shirley over the last 55 years. From Borthwick days to her judging my Harcourts Waitara garden competition and visiting her garden as recently as last week. A special lady who welcomed everyone and shared her gardening tips. Her family and garden were what kept her going. Condolences to the family.
