Happy Birthday Mr, 56 today.

Bubba is full on mischief. Definitely keeps us on our toes. He loves his horse riding .
Going to school has been challenging with the stop start of Lockdown for Covid. Not ideal however we must just adjust and move on.
Today weather here is definitely windy as. One of the trees at the end of the street has been uprooted and lays across the entrance to our street. Branches from some of the trees have and are snapping off as the wind continues to blow.

Moko had his first ever sleepover last night ...and Moko has a job. Signed him up to deliver circulars, we'll see how this pans out. First delivery starts 21 June.

He starts school shortly, another milestone achieved.

This coming Saturday is the finish of his Judo Lotto Fundraiser via Facebook. 99.99% of people who have posted have purchased numbers to show their genuine support, which is the normal (you would think ah?, well nah not completely)

One person just donated and suggested to put Bubba name as they dont buy raffles as such but instead donate to the cause. Amos and I are humbled, by the response. Theres even whanau who have purchased from Australia AND Bubba's Biological Mother and her whanau have shown their support. We are grateful and appreciative of everyone's genuiness. We've got people who asked to pay half this week and half next week which is absolutely fine.

Well the time now is 6.50am Sunday 13 June 2021 - I wonder if hes awake? I missed him but know that he would have had an awesome time at his sleepover - woohoo.

Anyway better go, love to you all, miss you all but having Bubba gives us a greater purpose

Hi Mr,

Well who would have guessed in this lifetime we'd be in a Pandemic. Bubba has no idea what that means other than no swim and no car.

He definitely is an outdoor boy... Amos keeps him entertained with his karakia, dancing, cooking him kai, talking, hugging, taking him outside for periods of play. We do some play wrestling, read books whatever we think of. I think he loves the
"washing his hands" aka playing with the water.

Well today (Saturday 28 March 2020 Time 0140 hrs) is Day 3 of 30 oh and Moko is still up.. hmmm..

Thank you for watching over him during his grommets/adenoids op, everything went smoothly and the recovery has been good too.

Moko Boy will be 4 this year. Hes so mischief never a dull moment, very brave and courageous as well.

A couple of things to sort for him this year to help in the future.

Back to mahi and Daycare on Monday (6 Jan) Im sure he'll be excited as.

Hes 3 now going on 5. Chitter chatters lots, very expressive and a typical boy.

Hi Mr, its coming up your 2 years next month and I find there are times I actually think you still in Taranaki... then reality. Yesterday Brother has just come back from Hastings and funny was doing mahi on gang whanau (extended whanau), blood whanau and the relationship between the two when their loved one passes. How Ironic, Brother enjoyed this mahi and shared how we embraced our "Extended Whanau" in your send off, and low and behold he saw Rochelle and they caught up. Very cool indeed. Today he was finishing off that mahi with the other whanau of gangs... he commented that he was thinking of you a lot during this mahi. I know he still misses you terribly and when we talk of you it still hurts him but we both know you are being looked after, or growled at he, he, he.. and that makes things a better.
Think of all of you often, miss you all heaps and love you all lots

A year today we laid you to rest. A lot has happened, but knowing you are warm, well and ok has been a comfort for us.
