Sylvia WITHEY Obituary

So many happy memories you gave us Sylvie. Remember waking so many weekends and you´d be snuggled up on the couch in the lounge after a fun night out. Driving up and down the tanker track in the old bomb when you were learning to drive, standing on the front or back seats. We probably ended up on the floor numerous times when you hit the brakes You were more like a big sister than an aunty.
To Richard, Loma, Julie, Sam and Families, treasure your special memories, the lessons she taught you and the influence she had in your lives as you now navigate life without her. She truly was unforgettable. Now dancing with your sisters. My apologies for not being able to attend Sylvia´s farewell, but I watched the video link. She would have been so very proud of you all for the send off you gave her. Big hugs to you all xxxx

Deepest sympathy to all of Sylvia's Family. I have known Sylvia all my life and we were good friends right through our School days . We played Hockey together and had so much fun in our teen years. Sadly we lost contact over the last few years but I will never forget my good friend. Rest in Peace Sylvia.

Many moons since we saw Sylvia. Sue played hockey with her at Manaia in 1973 and we spent a lot of time with her and Colin prior to our wedding in early 1974, which they attended.

Then we lost touch when we moved to Wellington.
