Superb English teacher. The only decent English teacher I had in 13 years of school. His dad taught me to swim at the 'old salts' at Kawaroa Park.

Thank you and well done to the Meuli family for sharing Ted's memorial day with us. I fondly remember him in a tranch of great men and teachers, many of whom were old WW2 veterans, in the arts faculty that occupied the Old Hall at NPBHS in the 60s and 70s. Looking back, we were lucky to have these men in our formative years. They were the epitome of Comradeship, Valour and Wisdom.

What a great innings. Fondly remembered as a passionate and compassionate English teacher at NPBHS. Probably helped that Brett was in my form.
Condolences and love to the Meuli and entwined families.
