John Williams Obituary

John E. Williams, 63, of Arnold, died Friday, May 19, 2006, in the emergency room of Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. He had been ill for the past four months.

Born Feb. 20, 1943, in Harrison to the late Theodore and Ann Williams, he lived in Arnold for the past year. Before that, he lived in Butler but had lived most of his life in Harrison.

Mr. Willians graduated from the former Har-Brack High School.

He was a shipper in the A-2 department of the Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp., Brackenridge, for 35 years before retiring in 1997.

He enjoyed writing and watching TV.

Surviving are son, Scott A. (Mary) Williams of South Buffalo; two daughters, Suzanne M. Williams and Becky Jo Orris, both of Natrona Heights; eight grandchildren; a friend of 15 years, Debbie Palmer of Arnold; a brother, Robert Williams of Natrona Heights, and sisters Shirley Stawinski of Florida, and Betty Kaniecki of Natrona Heights.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, John Williams, in 1988, and a brother, Richard Williams.
