Tom MASON Obituary
(Thomas Richard):
Tom passed away on 3 November, having recently celebrated his 92nd birthday. Much loved husband of the late Audrey, special Dad to Dianne and Alec, Alister and Sandy, Colin and Marise, Craig and Jasmine, and Margaret. Adored Grandad and friend of Alisa, Natasha, Aimee, Alana, Azriah, Giselle, Leticia, Kelsey, Rhiannon, River, Mia, Preston, Starr, Hope, Matisse and great-grandad of Oliva and Taylen, Senan, Milly & Hunter and much loved by his extended family. Our thanks to those staff at Taranaki Base Hospital who cared for Tom in his last week. In preference to flowers please consider a donation to the Hospice Taranaki. Please join us to celebrate Tom's life at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street on Wednesday 9 November 2022 at 2.00pm. Sincerest Sympathy to Tom's Family, & we thank you all for your allowing Tom to participate in the Lodge Whangamomona No 234 for such a lengthy period of time, in excess of the past Fifty years plus.
There is no doubt there shall be a huge loss, felt within the Masonic Fraternity with his passing, for he was a friend & Brother to many, both here in Taranaki as well as nationally. We shall l all miss his extensive knowledge & input towards the community and Lodge. May he find peace in the arms of T G A O T U.
