Totara KUPE Obituary
Passed away peacefully with Ruby by his side at home, on Thursday, 2nd August 2018, aged 79 years. Dearly loved Husband of Ruby. Loved Dad and step-dad of Darren and Pamela, Lisa and Kevin, Tasha, Denzil, Wayne and Brenda. Loved Grandad and Great-Grandad to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loved brother and uncle to all his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Taranaki would be much appreciated, and may be left at the service. Jack will be at home until his service. A farewell for Jack will be held at the Taranaki Crematorium, Junction Road, New Plymouth, on Monday 6th August 2018 at 1.00pm.
