16.7.1945 – 20.1.2018
Of Feilding (formerly of New Plymouth). Suddenly but peacefully at Ranfurly Residential Care Centre, Feilding. Much loved Mum of Nigel, and Caroline, and grandchildren Tiggy, and Pandita Collins; Sophie, and Ruby McGowan. Loved sister of Pam Bond. Missed by Benji. A service for Val will be held at William Cotton & Sons Funeral Chapel, 29 Beattie St, Feilding, Tomorrow, Wednesday 24 January 2018 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.

Val will be remembered as a valuable member of Feilding's Rebus Club; she enjoyed all aspects of the club & was always willing to give a hand. She will be dearly missed.

My deepest sympathy to you all in the very sad loss of your beloved mother. While I hadn't seen Val for close on 2 years, I know just how much she adored you and was so extremely proud of you all. My love and thoughts are with you.
