Vera touched so many lives in all different ways and I was lucky enough that she touched mine. I will remember her quick cheeky wit, her beautiful smile and wicked laugh. Vera was a lovely lady who was the stalwart of EMCO Fuses for many years, I enjoyed lots of laughs with her during the 6 years we worked together. Our condolences to the family, Vera will be sadly missed.

To the wider Madgwick family and friends, our sincere sympathies to you all on the death of Vera. She was a staunch supporter of our organizations work for so many years through her volunteering contributions and a great member of our South Taranaki Hospice Committee. Thank you so much for remembering our hospice and its work through donations from friends and family.

Fond farewell Vera from the Bauntons - our kids still recall the nights when we visited with you and Tony, us adults having a little tipple (sherry in those days!!) and the kids having a great time playing gymnastics on the mattresses you put on the floor in your large hallway in Camberwell Road!
Remembering too our badminton days when we played a lot of tournaments together - winning some but losing many more!! Fun times.

Rest In Peace Vera. We had some great times as Mt View Lioness Club, and the Hawera Mt View Lions Charter members. Lots of laughs at Conventions and hard work at Projects. Thank you for being a part of my life. Rest easy, you have deserved it.
