Wayne THOMSON Obituary


Passed away peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital on Wednesday, 28th May 2025, with family by his side, aged 79 years. Beloved Husband of Gwen. Loved Dad of David, Lee, Kevin (Tommo), Dean and Stepdad of Trevor and Alex. Proud Grandad and Great-Grandad of 12 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Thommo's life will be held in the Robert Gibson Memorial Hall, 50 Tauhuri Street, Manaia, on Wednesday the 4th of June 2025, at 11.00am followed by Interment at Manaia Cemetery. In memory of Thommo, Donations supporting The Manaia Volunteer Fire Brigade, would be appreciated and can be left at the service. All communications, addressed to the family of Wayne Thomson, c/- PO Box 183, Hawera 4640.
