We wish to send our sincere condolences to Wendy's whanau. So sorry as we have only learned of Wendy's passing recently.
Wendy was an absolutely amazing friend and neighbour to our Dad, Maurice, for many years on Bulteel St. Dad and Wendy looked out for each other. She was a real comfort for Dad and to all of us when he was unwell. Wendy really cared and looked after him and we will forever be grateful for her aroha. We were always happy when she kept Dad on his toes with his health and give him a telling off when needed.
We hope they are both now enjoying their coffee catch ups.
Moe mai ra beautiful Wendy.
Rest in eternal love.

On behalf of the New Plymouth Stroke Support Trust, I would like to pass on our condolences to Wendy's brothers. Dear Wendy will be missed so much as she enjoyed coming along to the socials and going on the bus trips. One of my members told me the other day, every time she got on the Ironside Vehicle she would always say, "GOOD MORNING EVERYONE." Deepest sympathy and it is time to Rest In Peace dear Wendy. Regards Jean Hastie, Secretary/Treasurer/Activities Co-ordinator.
